Handmade Holiday
Handmade Holiday is an annual show in Richmond, Virginia that is filled with over 60 of the best local, regional, and national indie artists and crafters we can find.
Handmade Holiday, presented by the Richmond Craft Mafia, runs from 11am-5pm on Sunday December 11th, and will be held at Plant Zero, in Richmond's Manchester District.

Vendor Space:
A 6-foot table and 2 chairs will be provided for all vendors. Tables and chairs will be placed in each space before vendor arrival on the day of the show. There is no discount for vendors who choose not to use the provided table or chairs. If you require an alternative to the provided table, then you must make a Special Request, otherwise your display must fit on top of the provided table. Any Special Request must be made a minimum of three (3) weeks before the show, but it is preferred that Special Requests be indicated on your application. If a display requires racks or another alternative to a single table, the display space will be limited to 6' x 5'. Vendor Space:
Electricity:
Access to an outlet is available for an additional $10 fee. Accepted Vendors who pay for electricity are responsible for providing their own heavy-duty extension cords.
Application Fee:
$5 is due with application submission. Applications will only be considered when accompanied by the $5 application fee paid via PayPal. The application fee is non-refundable.
Jury Process:
Handmade Holiday Craft Show will be juried to ensure quality & variety.
We expect to receive more applications than spaces available in the show and can not provide individual feedback on any applications. Before you apply, we recommend you read this. AMAZING PHOTOS are your best friend in craft show apps. (That was a hint, my friends.)
Notification of acceptance will be sent via email on or around November 5th.
Show fee:
$75 includes a 6-foot table and 2 chairs OR $85 includes a 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and electricity
Payments will be due no later than November 11, 2011 for accepted applicants.
Waiting List:
There will be a waiting list of applicants, who will be notified if a table space becomes available. Contacted waiting list applicants will have three days to pay the vendor fee and commit to the show. After three days the table space will be offered to the next applicant on the waiting list.
Cancellations:
Once your Vendor Fee is received, it can not be refunded. If you can not participate in the show for any reason, please contact RVACraftMafia@gmail.com as soon as possible, failure to do so could impact your ability to participate in future Richmond Craft Mafia events.
